Bethany and Harrison reached out to book their wedding with me and I had no idea that they lived just down the street from my house until their engagement session in downtown Hudson this summer. They had just moved to Hudson when they reached out to me and it was so perfect that they decided to explore downtown Hudson with me for their engagement session.
We started our session at Lakefront Park in Hudson. This is such a fun location for engagement photos because of the variety of backdrops all within walking distance. After capturing photos along the water, at the beach, and using some of the nearby buildings as backdrops, we headed to 2nd Street in downtown Hudson to get a different feeling for their photos.
Bethany and Harrison are such a fun couple who enjoy each other’s company and laugh often. Their joy is contagious and you can’t help but smile when you see them together. As we walked around the busy part of Hudson, they even got compliments from passersby about how cute they were together.
These two are getting married in June at Barns of Lost Creek in Beldenville and I could not be more excited to see how their day turns out. During our session, Bethany shared that she has been imagining her wedding day for most of her life and cannot wait to celebrate with their friends and family.
Did you know? Downtown Hudson is such a cute place that two movies were filmed there a few years ago! The movies are your classic Hallmark-style film. If you’re looking for a cheesy holiday movie (or two) check out Christmas Lover’s Anonymous and A Christmas Wish in Hudson to see some of the same places that are featured in the photos from this engagement session!
