A couple of months ago, my husband and I woke up before the sunrise and headed to Olivia and Nick’s house to capture their first look and their wedding photos before they invited their closest family members to their home for their ceremony.
Olivia and Nick had been engaged for a while when they contacted me to see if I was available for their wedding in just a few weeks. Luckily, their venue was their home, located on the outskirts of Hudson just a few minutes from my home and it worked out really well. They planned their wedding in just 4 weeks and had an intimate backyard wedding at their new home.
The forecast for the day called for severe weather and as we drove to meet them, I was crossing my fingers that the rain would hold off for the duration of our time together.
After just a few minutes with these two, I knew that they have so much fun together on their countless fishing and outdoor adventures. When I asked if they were okay with running for a few photos, Olivia decided to switch into her hiking boots which was so appropriate for their personalities and the things they enjoy together.
We got to meet their sweet pups who get so much love from Olivia and Nick and were up for as many pets as they could get.
While I wasn’t able to see every part of their wedding day, I know that Olivia and Nick decided to prioritize their love on their wedding day and I know they will have a joyful life together.
